SMS Messaging Terms and Compliance

This messaging program sends booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates to customers who have booked a cleaning with Maid in DFW, LLC through our website at https://maidsindfw.com, through our online booking forms, or by phone, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS messages.

Opt-in is collected through web and booking forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent.

Messages include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, cleaner arrival updates, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the number that sent you messages. After you send "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe by SMS. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, sign up the same way you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for messages we send to you and messages you send to us. Message frequency varies based on your bookings and cleaning schedule. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

You must be 18 years or older to take part in our SMS program.
